The room was spacious and the location was great as it was close to restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful when I had inquiries.

My Easter stay was not the best. the room was poorly cleaned and there was a persistent damp smell.

We have just returned from our holiday in AL Nakheel hotel Apartments, (November 2012), this hotel was excellent, it was the first time we have gone all inclusive and I would recommend it to anyone. The service at this hotel apartment , The apartment was comfortable and cleaned every day, we had a nice quiet apartment and there was also a kitchen attached to cook by your own choice. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. we were shocked to see the staff for greeting on just first time arrival in this hotel. The other thing was that our room was ready. We asked the reception for the clothes pressing shop nearby but they informed us, there is iron and iron stand in every room. At the time of check in as we were new they briefed us about the facilities and the services that was quit helpful.

This was my third stay in this hotel. I have chosen this hotel because of location near to major shopping malls metro red and green line very close. I have seen the service got improved and it look like five stars, neat and clean well manner staff. As I got to know that the management is change in June 2012 and every thing is totally changed. It is totally a family hotel and best for people visit Dubai as a tourist every thing is very close reef and Al Ghurair Mall are like right and left. However the good think is that it is very expensive place if we go without Booked.net, but thanx to Booked.net to provide us the best rates all the time.

There is no swimming pool and i cannot take visitor girl friend as it was not know to me. In my last visit yes I took my GF but this time they say managment change. Any way that is what I would say

The hotel was good for the price we paid we thought it was excellent value and of a good standard. It was clean, had fantastic facilities, rooms were full furnished and spotlessly cleaned and we spent very little time in them anyway. One thing I like the most about Al Nakheel hotel apartment is, location of the hotel in the heart of Deira Dubai. , and all the shopping malls are in the neighborhood during my stay there i always used to go to Al Ghurair Centre that is just on two minutes walk. And how can I forget about the Ansar gallery and Reef mall, fantastic and cheaper shopping in the Ansar gallery. I advice everyone who is coming to Dubai don't miss to come to Ansar galley because if you will miss you would have missed something that you would have bought from there. one thing that seems so much good was they are not allowing any lady visitors.This was a cool family apartments.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were able to park easily and the location right in front of the supermarket was very convenient. The staff were friendly and flexible, making us feel welcome and appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised when we received complimentary mini bar items and morning coffee. The hotel was also located close to 2 metro stations, making transportation easy.

The best part is the location near to metro stations malls cinema plex size of the room,friendly staff and very nice and clean apartments, the service is excellent varieties of restaurants.
